Refund policy
Our refund policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within a certain timeframe.
We have a 2-day return policy, which means you must inform us within 2 days of receiving your item if you wish to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please be sure to adequately package the item(s) you are returning in order to avoid any additional damage that would not be covered by our returns policy and product warranty.
Please note:
- This policy does not apply to products that have been used.
- For exchanges, the difference in price between the exchanged item and the replacement item will be paid by the customer.
- We assume no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage incurred during a return of merchandise.
- For online purchases made using multiple payments (e.g., electronic gift card and credit card), we reserve the right to credit the entire value of the refund to the gift card used for the initial purchase.
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Canceling an Order:
It is not possible to cancel your order once the transaction has been completed. You will have to return it to get a refund.
Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Returning a Parcel Sent to the Wrong Address:
Our transporter will attempt to deliver all parcels. However, if it is unable to deliver a parcel, it will be returned to the sender’s address that appears on the shipping label. In such cases, a Customer Service Representative will contact you to ask whether you want to cancel or receive your order. We will verify your shipping information, and any reshipping costs will be billed to you.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
